Return & Cancellation Policy
At Essentia, every choice is part of a personal and dedicated journey built together with each client. Before confirming any order, every client is guided through a dedicated consultation process and signs a purchase agreement acknowledging the selected products and conditions.
Orders Placed In Atelier
Purchases made in-store at Essentia are considered final once the order has been confirmed and the purchase agreement has been signed. Orders are completed on a “viewed and approved” basis and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Made-to-Order & Personalized Products
Bridal gowns and any products ordered, created, or customized upon the client’s request are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed, as they are considered made-to-order and personalized goods.
Online Purchases
For standard products purchased online, consumer rights provided under applicable e-commerce regulations remain applicable where required by law, except for products that are customized, personalized, or specifically ordered upon request.
Damages or Issues
We kindly ask clients to inspect products carefully upon collection or delivery. Should you notice any defect, issue, or discrepancy, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate the matter and provide appropriate support.
